| Is it me -what is wrong with the colour?: Rating: 2/5 |
I previously used a Lumix camera and just wanted to update to a sleaker smaller model.
I am so disappointed I would like to sell the camera. Not one of my photos has come out in a pleasing way. The colour seems dull. It is difficult to take shots of anything that moves and the time in between taking shots is sometimes so slow that the subject has gone away.

| i am not an expert on cameras so i just want one that i can take good quality photo`s with quite easily and after a recent holiday in spain i am delighted with the results. |

| A superb camera at the price and more than adequate for a 'point-and-shoot'amateur like myself. Perhaps one day I'll get round to playing with all those additional features but for now it can do the work. Its automatic brain seems to be functioning far better than mine. A big advance over my old FinePix F10 - and that wasn't bad. Useful zoom. Highly recommended for simpletons like me. |

I would have given this camera 5 stars, if i didnt send it back within 1 week. My wife took a picture, a snapping noise could be heard, then a puff of smoke arose from the top of the camera and you could smell burning. that said the camera continued to work. Amazon replaced it with hesitation.
This is unusual, because I have had a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 for 3 years now, no problems.
Anyway back to the camera I bought it as a backup to my SLR. its a great little camera does everything you want it to do, if you just want a small camera to fit in your pocket or purse and wanna take good snaps this is for you.
If you want more, you would have to spend double the price, that said I m very impressed by the price and quality of this camera.

| A great product for the money, bought this as a birthday gift, and the recipient is very pleased with it. Pictures are good quality. His only gripe is the cost of a spare battery. Took some great pictures on our recent skiing holiday. |
